You can also be asked to join a VMR by your realtor. In this VMR you can e-mail back and forth, and if you put in an offer on a home you will be able to see all the information and documents that have been downloaded by your realtor, appraiser, home inspector, title officer and loan officer relating to the purchase of your new home. |
